Please familiarize with the terms below before inquiring of possible services to lessen the risk of disappointment and complications.

BRITISH POUNDS ONLY.

I have the right to turn down commissions I find uncomfortable or that I don't believe I'll be able to fulfil.
I will do fanart, couples, and gore.
I won't do explicit nsfw, and mechas.
I'm allowed to have certain liberties on how to interpret the commission, if you have a strict vision in mind, I'm probably not the artist for you!
Please have a clear picture reference of the character you want me to draw.
- If you don't have a reference of your character, a custom design fee will be added to your commission, if you do not wish to pay that- please get a reference first.
I will show work-in-progress shots throughout the commission. Most notably after the sketching till finishing. Small changes and feedback are more than welcome.
- That being said, major and constant changes will incur a fee, so be concise with your feedback please.
All of my commissions are 300 - 350dpi.

IMAGE COPYRIGHT

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.

Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to any of my socials) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once again, I only take GBP (British Pound) as payment on paypal currently.
The payment MUST be made up front, payment plans can be discussed but half should still be paid up front and I will not release the final product until the full price has been paid.
Please inform me when you've paid so I can check and see so there's no complications between our transaction.

Refund Policy

If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
No refunds are available after the sketch has been greenlit.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
- If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
